| This Level includes all the provisions of Levels One, Two and Three. In addition, Level Four will include the opportunity to incorporate actual diagnostic quality radiological images such as CT’s, MR’s or digitizing of standard x-rays. | |||||
| At your request and with your consent, we will contact the source of the documents and request that they be sent directly to your vault. We can receive MR’s and CT’s electronically and are able to digitize hard copy x-rays. | |||||
| The charge for these will be $15 per study. |
