Level Three

This level includes all of the features of Level One and Level Two. In addition, a subscriber is offered an option to add up to 10 image pages per year to Patient Power, which are incorporated into their “My Medical Folder” under the appropriate tab locations. Images will include lab tests, EKG’s, hospital discharge summaries, medical evaluation reports, and other specific information desired by the individual such as advanced directives and living wills, and flexible spending account monitoring. Additional images can be purchased for $2 per page.

This information can be sent to Patient Power by mail, fax, or electronically. As part of this service, at your request we contact the source of the documents and request that they be sent directly your to Patient Power vault.

The charge for Level Three is an additional $25.
